CART/Captioning

ASAP is a leader in providing Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART) services for the hard of hearing and deaf community in corporate or educational settings. As opposed to an interpreter, CART provides the user with a real-time translation of the event, which is either viewed on a projector or laptop screen. This service uses the same technology that is used to provide closed captioning for live television broadcasts and thus allows the user the same comprehensive understanding that the hearing participants have, allowing the user to participate fully in the event. CART services can be provided on site or remotely based on the particular needs of your event.

Clients using ASAP's CART services have the option of receiving an electronic file of the day's events for future review.
