ASAP believes in giving back to our clients and the community. ASAP looks for sponsorship opportunities that benefit our clients' professional development and give back to the community through fundraising for charities, close not only to our hearts, but also those of our clients.
Over the years, ASAP has sponsored many events benefiting various charities. This year we are proud to announce we have selected the Make a Wish Foundation as the charity to benefit from our in-house events. This charity is particularly close to our hearts. Our company founder, Kimberley Stewart, has a daughter that was diagnosed with a life threatening illness at the age of 12. As a result she went through two years of chemotherapy. Her wish was a Mac computer, microphone and music software so that she could write and record music. This is what motivated her to go through treatments on many days. Make a Wish made this possible.

Wines of the WorldDate: April 7th, 2011 Address: 333 Bay Street, Toronto - Suite 900 Summary: The Toronto office of ASAP held its first annual "Wines of the World" event. This fun filled evening gave our guests a chance to explore fine wines, artisan cheeses and gourmet hors d'oeuvres by Daniel et Daniel. Entertainment for the evening was provided by award winning musician Rob Tardik, who entertained guests with the smooth sounds of his classical guitar performance.Every beautifully appointed boardroom in the office is named after a wine from various regions around the world. Thirteen of the rooms and their respective wines were featured on the tour. Daniel et Daniel did a wonderful job pairing hors d'oeuvres and cheeses with each vintage and tantalized our taste buds. ASAP dedicated court reporters gave demonstrations of real time reporting for our guests as well. The evening ended with the raffle draw for "Make a Wish". Congratulations to Rishma Bhimji who walked away with two crates featuring the vintage wines we had served that evening. |
