Reception Area

The reception area at ASAP's Toronto boardroom facility is spacious and comfortable, providing a large flat-panel television as well as the daily Globe and Mail for our visitors. Our floor-to-ceiling windows not only provide excellent natural light, but also a lovely view of the city. The reception area is just steps away from our self-serve kitchen where our clients are welcomed by freshly baked cookies, a coffee station complete with latte, cappuccino and other indulgence options, and a double refrigerator full of chilled beverages.

Boardrooms

Our office has 13 spacious, well-lit boardrooms that can handle parties of any size. Our Arbitration/Mediation room can hold up to 45 comfortably. Other boardroom options include videoconferencing and teleconferencing which is available in any size room, per your requirements. The stunning design does not compromise comfort, as you will find that all of our boardrooms are furnished with Herman Miller Aeron chairs in order to ensure that you remain comfortable even after a long day.

Breakout Rooms

When ASAP designed our state-of-the-art boardroom facility, it was done with our clients in mind. Breakout rooms are conveniently located nearby, so you can meet privately with your client as required.
