Kim Stewart — Founder & CEO of ASAP and CCVS It is Kim's dedication to the court reporting industry that urged her to open both ASAP Reporting Services and the Canadian Centre for Verbatim Studies. Through both companies she continues to promote court reporting and support the legal industry by encouraging ASAP reporters and internal staff to maintain high standards for the legal record and client service. |

Nathalie Fisher — President As the President, Nathalie oversees all areas of ASAP's business and drives the company toward the future. With a hands on approach, she handles complex client and reporter issues that require escalation. Nathalie also lobbies and advocates for the court reporting profession and assists and prepares request for proposals. |

Tricia Smith — Vice President
Tricia project manages complex bookings from beginning to end, working closely with clients to ensure their requirements are met to their satisfaction. She provides advice and consults with each department in order to assist with or troubleshoot complex issues to ensure a smooth transition of services. She continually researches new reporting techniques and technologies to ensure that ASAP is on the cutting edge of our industry. |

Genevieve Malette — Resource Manager Gen manages all our client bookings and reporter assignments. With her superior attention to detail, she ensures that all jobs are covered by the most appropriate reporter based on the clients' requirements. Gen is also responsible for liaising with other reporting agencies worldwide, at times for international jobs and reporter placement and at other times to ensure client satisfaction. |

Angela Smith & Amy Stinson — Production Coordinator & Production Department Angela and Amy are responsible for all elements of transcript production including formatting transcripts and ensuring that transcript deadlines and client orders are met. They assist with back order requests for all our bookings and provide transcript quotations where requested. They also assist client who have technical issues with their transcript files. Additionally they manage audio transcription requests. |

Samantha Brazeau — Invoicing Clerk & Administrative Assistant Samantha is also the "one and only" in the invoicing department. She is the first point of contact for accounts receivable and clients invoiced by us. Samantha is also the first on phones and receives all calls. She also provides front desk reception in the Ottawa office and provides other administrative support to ASAP. |

Sherrie Mundy — Accountant & HR Manager Sherrie is responsible for our Accounts Payable Department. In addition, she manages our Human Resources, including new recruitment. |

Franca Palazzo Matsos — VP Business Relations Franca is a highly regarded public relations and communications practitioner. Before joining our organization in 2011, she worked first as a consultant to the Canadian medical industry, building relationships between the professional association and educators, and later as a senior sales executive in the media field. Franca leads our marketing and sales team, and is often the public face of ASAP, managing the organization's key industry and professional development initiatives. Franca is our new business specialist and is responsible for building and maintaining key client and industry relationships. |
Kelly Bart and Ashleigh Hart — Executive Assistants Kelly and Ashleigh are ASAP's dynamic duo of hospitality. Their smiles are usually the first to greet visitors to our Toronto office. Kelly and Ashleigh ensure that all clients and visitors are made welcome, are guided to the facilities and/or Team members with whom they are meeting, and are provided with any concierge services required. Behind their gracious charm is the crack administrative team who keep all aspects of our offices working seamlessly and efficiently. They manage our telecommunications and computer systems, review and implement improvements to our operating practices, and provide valuable support services to our clients, our managers and our Arbitrators. Both are skilled researchers, and provide clients with both technical and office services. |

Rose Levinson — Client Services Representative Rose is our official hostess. Working with our in-house caterers and/or nearby restaurants, she ensures that all your catering and refreshment needs are looked after throughout your proceedings at ASAP. Rose is available to help you with photocopy and printing needs, and will provide suggestions for entertainment, dining and things like gym services outside the facility. |
