The Honourable Frank Newbould joins Arbitration Place

Arbitration Place is pleased to welcome the Honourable Frank Newbould, Q.C. to its roster as a Member Arbitrator.

Mr. Newbould comes to Arbitration Place following more than 10 years on the bench as one of Canada's leading commercial judges. Prior to his judicial appointment, Mr. Newbould was a leading litigation and arbitration counsel, with extensive experience in domestic and international matters across a wide range of industries.
